• Our Refund and Returns Policy last after 30 days.
  • If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we do not offer you a full refund or cannot exchange any item.
  • For a return, your item should be unused.
  • It should be in its original packaging.
  • Different types of items are excluded from being returned.
  • Fragile items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.
  • We do not accept such products that are intimate or hygienic goods, dangerous or flammable liquids or gases as it does not come under the terms and conditions of our Refund and Returns Policy.

  • To complete your return, we need a proof of purchase.
  • Please do not send your purchased item back to the manufacturer.

There are some conditions when only partial refunds are given. In case of obvious signs of use or opening.

  • It is not our error that any item is not in its original condition.
  • In case of being damaged or having any missing part, no matter whatever the reason would be, you are responsible for that.
  • If you are returning any item after one month of delivery, then there is no refunding at all.



  • Once your returning good is being received, an email will be sent to you to notify that we have received your returned item.
  • We will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refunded item as well.
  • In case of approval your refund will be processed.
  • A credit will be applied automatically to your credit card or any payment method you normally use.


Late or missing refunds

  • If still you are waiting for your refund, then first and for most you need to check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company directly to submit your application for refunding, it may take some time before your refund is officially being posted.
  • Contact your bank to check that what is an approximate processing time of your refunding post.
  • In case, if your whole procedure is completed but still you are waiting for refunding then please contact us through email at adanconsultancyservices@gmail.com.


Sale items

We refund only regular priced products. So, any sale item is not refunded at all.



  • We usually replace only defective or damaged goods.
  • To exchange any item with any same product, you must send us an email at adanconsultancyservices@gmail.com.



  • If your item was marked as a gift at the time of purchasing and it was being shipped directly to you, then you’ll receive a gift credit as a refund of your gift price.
  • An email regarding your gift certificate will be sent to you to proof that your returned item is received.
  • If your item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchasing and it was not being shipped directly to you, then refunding will be given to the gift giver and he/she will fix the next procedure.


Shipping returns

  • If you want to return your product then you need to mail your product to adanconsultancyservices@gmail.com.
  • Your shipping cost of your returned item is your own responsibility.
  • Normally almost all shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • The cost of return shipping will automatically be being deducted from your refunds (if you receive your refunds then it is applicable only).
  • The delivery time of your exchanged product may vary, as it depends upon your location that where you live.
  • To ship an expensive item, you can use a trackable shipping service or you can purchase a shipping insurance as well.
  • This is beyond our guarantee that we will receive your returned product or not. It is your responsibility.
